Hip bursitis? - hip bursitis more condition_symptoms

I went with two doctors and they said, hip bursitis. They said they had been in a month. Who was 8 months, and is the same as it was. I crossed the field as freshmen in highschool. The documents have nothing to say, to stretch myself and do not run. I have both. Neither worked. I have also tried anti-inflammatories. Did not help. Since I stopped running and working in the gym. Will squats make the bursitis worse? How can I get rid of? Are there other treatments have to work in?
